Archie Jones is a Managing Director of Six Pillar Partners and Senior Lecturer at Harvard Business School.
Archie has spent his career leading and maximizing the impact of high-growth, innovative enterprises in the private and social sectors. In addition to his role at Six Pillars Partners, he has held executive positions with both public and private companies including Merrill Lynch Capital Partners, Parthenon Capital, Kenexa, IBM, and NOW Corporation. With his focus on strategy, private equity, and corporate M&A transactions; Archie has led investments across a variety of industries and sectors in the US, Asia, and Europe. Archie has served on the Board of Directors of several corporations.

Archie currently serves as Board Chair for Project Evident and serves on the board of the Taly Foundation, the Mickey Leland Kibbutzim Foundation, and First Choice Credit Union. He served as a Partner at New Profit, a board member of Year Up National, and a founding board member and Vice Chairman of Year Up Greater Atlanta. He has recently published a book titled “The Treasure You Seek” that details leadership lessons he has learned throughout his career advising and coaching young leaders.
